Offer reference – ZH/ESL/Chitrakonda/31.08
SPECIFICATION: Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes for Water, Gas & Sewerage with Socket and Spigot Ends confirming to IS: 8329/2000 (Third Edition) for Classification K7/K9 with Inside Cement Mortar Lining (Portland slag cement) as per IS 455:1989 and Outside Zinc Coating with Finishing Layer of Black Bitumen in Standard Length of 5.5 metres and 6.0 metres. However, we may supply 10% of pipes in shorter length (subject to tolerance as per clause 15.5.1 of IS8329:2000).
Payment Term –
Advance: 5% advance to be made upon placement of PO that would be adjusted with last lot of dispatch.
Price Basis – The inclusion and exclusions from the above rate for all mentioned offers is as follows:
- • Cost of 1 No. of EPDM gasket per pipe is included.
- • In case of Delivered basis, Freight up to project destination is included.
- • In case of Delivered basis, Transit Risk Insurance is included.
- • Unloading at destination is excluded and to be arranged by buyer without detention of lorries.
- • Once a quantity has been inspected it cannot be changed.
- • Any other changes in current applied taxes and duties including GST or imposition of new taxes and duties at the time of order execution would be applicable at actual on buyer’s account.
- • ENTRY TAX / OCTROI: If applicable shall be arranged by the buyer extra at actual, at his cost.
Supply Validity – Order will be valid for three months on receipt of placement of order and arrangement of financial instrument, thereafter any extension will be on the discretion of seller.
Jurisdiction: All disputes arising regarding this offer will be resolved in Bokaro (Jharkhand) jurisdiction only.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or difference arising shall be settled by amicable negotiations, falling which, such differences or dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by us.
Force Majeure Clause: Our offer is subject to Standard Force Majeure Clause.
Risk Purchase and Liquidation damage: Not applicable, even if in PO sent by buyer it would be considered null and void.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- • All rates are worked out based on full truck load in case of FOR supplies. In case of any shortage in dia for 1 truck load, order will either be short closed or full freight for truck to be absorbed by buyer.
- • Any deviation in technical specification of the product needs to be vetted by the seller.
- • All QAPs and Approval are in the buyer’s scope.
- • Any abnormal increase in raw material or other input costs would necessitate renegotiation of rates.
